We do not use any of these methods. You are given clear written information about fees, process, and your rights so you can make a considered decision. Even after signing, you have two full business days to reconsider and withdraw, with a full refund.

Update cadences are documented service standards, not promises. Your engagement letter specifies how often you will hear from us and what format those updates take. If we fall short you have grounds to raise a formal complaint.
